On the 7th of January, I held a medical camp for a few migrants in the workforce. Many of them had never gotten a health checkup or a medical test and few had never been to a hospital before.
This camp really opened my eyes to how privileged I really am and also made me realize that helping someone can go a long way. I also realized that we often take our privileges for granted and that we should focus on improving the lives of those who don't have access to the same things we do and aren't as privileged as we are. A small deed such as this camp can create an impactful difference in their lives.
